Lucious and elegant, the natural mineral Rhodochrosite is a maganese carbonate with pink to red to white colorations. Sometimes called Inca Rose because large amounts of Rhodochrosite formed as stalagmites in Inca silver mines abandoned in the 13th century. Today large amounts are still found in Argentina and Colorado. It is the official state mineral or Colorado.
This Inca Rose one-of-a-kind necklace features iridescent gray Labradorite faceted beads which alternate with tiny faceted black Spinel beads and Pink Quartz. Sterling Silver clasp, chain, and beads. Length is 19 inches.
