Southwest Turquoise and Copper Necklace
Reminiscent of Southwest Pueblo styles, this necklace features old, natural Turquoise stones. Copper metals. Length 21" - 22" inches.
Many Native cultures consider Turquoise to be a sacred stone and carry it for personal protection. The Navajo used it in rain-bringing ceremonies and ground it to paste for sacred sand paintings. It is believed that a gift of Turquoise will confer wealth and happiness on the recipient.
